Daniel Heiling is the founder of Hei-Tek Automation and currently serves as president /CEO. After graduating high school he received an Associate’s degree in Fluid Power Engineering in 1984 at Southwest Technical College located in Granite Falls, MN. Mr. Heiling has held sales engineering positions at JN Fauver Company and The Hartfiel Company. Both organizations are large Fluid Power and Electrical sales organizations.

Scott Heiling is vice president of operations at Hei-Tek Automation. After graduating high school Scott received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics in 1992 at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. After graduating college, Scott joined Honeywell Business and Commuter Aviation Systems Division as an Avionics Systems Engineer. In 2002 Scott joined forces with his brother Dan to run the business operations for Hei-Tek Automation.
